RULE THE WORLD TOGETHER

In Particular

Nanoparticles are as much a part of the bigger picture as we are. As plankton in the food chain – the barely visible but essential food of the largest mammals on our planet, nanoparticles are a natural part of the elemental physical landscape that the universe is comprised of. They really can make mountains out of molehills.

“I tell you, he is not important, he is taking up valuable space and resources. He has to go.” L was loudly mouthing off about Z, again. “We can't just sack him, he's integral to the team” I indicated. “Of course we can, we can replace him with S or C. And whilst we're about it we should think about dropping Q and K, did you see the amount K ate at breakfast? She costs us a fortune. “Oh come on L, she's constantly kicking – she needs the energy; you just lie about lazily. We all have different needs – next you'll be saying get rid of U because she's too unconventional and unstable.” This discussion went on and on, L being loose-lipped and laborious with E endlessly trying to enlighten him, and P placating the situation until C finally conceded that L did have a point. When A agreed, M passed the motion and D made sure the deed was done. I, being insignificant, had no effect on L who largely pushed the legislation through. And so it came to be that Z, K and Q were ousted from the alphabet. Of course consequences couldn't abound but repercussions did. L kept trying to laze around but couldn't, his quality of life quickly vanished, and any remark he made fell on deaf ears. C was stuck at 14 point as he could no longer increase his size, and as for U – she was utterly unhappy that her mate for life could not come back. “We need a revolution” said V, “bring back Q, K and Z before the next one out is me!” “She's right” shouted T “let's make a plan over a cuppa.” It didn't take long to make L see the light “everyone is part of the bigger picture, do you see that now?” I asked. “Yes”, said L as he quietly curled up for a kip, zzzzzzzz.
